After seeing the industry shift toward technology-driven self-service models—often at the expense of genuine client relationships—she chose to return with a renewed focus on high‑touch service. Drawing on deep expertise in HR outsourcing, compliance, and employee benefits, Jenna leads with a hands-on, detail‑oriented style that helps clients stay organized, confident, and fully supported.

Before launching Payroll Farm, Jenna held leadership roles at World Payroll & HR, and Strovis Holdings, where she built strong teams and elevated daily operations. Her work is grounded in operational excellence, clear communication, and a true commitment to creating a positive employee experience.
