With deep experience in HR outsourcing, compliance, and employee benefits, she leads the team with a hands-on, detail-driven approach—helping clients stay organized, confident, and fully supported. Before founding Payroll Farm, Jenna held leadership roles at 2112 Industries, World Payroll & HR, and Strovis Holdings, where she built high-performing teams and improved day-to-day operations. Her work is rooted in operational excellence, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to employee experience.
